Breanne Loucks was in her rookie season on the Ladies European Tour when we met. She is something of a golfing wonder kid. She was the youngest player ever to play for the Curtis Cup (the amateur equivalent of the Solheim Cup) when she played for the team in 2006. She also finished joint 10th that year in the professional English Open.  Breanne’s second Curtis Cup cap came in 2008, the same year in which she did the South ‘African Double’ of the Matchplay and Strokeplay Championships.

We met Breanne at the Irish Open and can tell you she is a real character too!
