Golf retailers and clubfitters - Customize shafts to give equipment the look your customers want rather than the look the manufacturers have decided on by choosing from a range of designs! Add protection to shafts from the knocks and scrapes of everyday usage that often result in rust spots on steels shafts and areas of wear on graphite shafts. Shaft Skinz are best described as a ‘component–accessory’ product that you install (fit) for your customers as you would do a grip. Unlike a grip fitting, this is a ‘clean’ process and you don’t need a vice. |

Here are just a few ways to make use of Shaft Skinz as a retailer: - Offer your more flamboyant customers a way to truly stand out from the crowd. You know who we mean! - Introduce your more fashionable ladies to the concept of total co-ordination from head to toe. Looking good is just as important as playing well to some people (and more important to others!). - Offer Shaft Skinz as an ‘extra’ option when a customer is buying a new club to prevent bag wear on graphite or rust spots on steel. - Revitalise old, ‘pre–owned’ clubs by fitting with a new grip and a Shaft Skinz sleeve to give them a new lease of life and add value. - Cover up chipped or rusty shafts with any one of our range of designs as an inexpensive alternative to the larger financial outlay of a new shaft. - Want to do blind shaft testing? Install a sleeve over a shaft to get true customer feedback on how the shaft really plays! - Help your older customers save face. Cover that lady's shaft you know they need with one of our designs more suited to the customer’s sense of style. |

Technical infoShaft Skinz sleeves weigh about 3–4g depending on the length of the shaft being ‘skinned’. This equates to around half of 1 swing weight which is undetectable to the human hand. We have had the sleeves tested using a renowned shaft analysis machine. This has shown a negligible increase (0.005%) in the stiffness measurement of the shaft being tested (before and after application). Shaft Skinz conform to both the USGA and R&A ‘Rules of Golf’ so are suitable for all levels of competitive play from junior to professional. |
